Федеральное ведомство, в задачи которого входило замораживание заработной платы и стабилизация цен. Существовало с октября 1942 по сентябрь 1945, когда его функции переданы Управлению военной мобилизации и реконверсии [Office of War Mobilization and Reconversion], в феврале 1946 - Управлению экономической стабилизации [Office of Economic Stabilization], окончательно упразднено в декабре 1946.
